Nothing’s changed in 5 months, I guess that’s why we now go to reservations rather than so called Customer Service. Unbelievable really, took our money extremely quickly though. Customer service near impossible over the phone. Staff are great at the Hotel however. Such a shame

Buffet breakfast at 5am. We did exactly that..drop off bags, came back for breakfast and relaxed in the room for a bit.. before going through security.
There is no free parking available at the hotel. You are, however, able to access preferential pricing by paying for your parking at the hotel reception.

Only went for dinner..not sure about bath rooms
